Physical retail offers the confidence of "Fit & Feel" but is constrained by location, time, and limited inventory.Â
2. The Imagination Gap (Online)Â
Online shopping offers convenience but suffers from the "Imagination Gap"—users can't accurately predict the fit, leading to high return rates and hesitation.Â
3. The Unmet Need: True Self-ExpressionÂ
Beyond logistical issues, consumers face a deeper frustration: Mass-produced clothing rarely fits one’s unique taste and body shape perfectly. Users are forced to compromise with what exists, rather than wearing what truly represents them.Â

Digital Twins & Metaverse
My ideation began with a deep dive into 'Digital Twin' technology—traditionally used to simulate buildings and machinery—and the limitless connectivity of the 'Metaverse'. I saw a powerful opportunity to transplant these industrial technologies into the most personal realm: our daily lives and fashion
Breaking Physical Boundaries
I hypothesized that if we could perfectly replicate the human body in a virtual space, we could liberate the shopping experience from physical constraints—such as location, limited inventory, and the hassle of changing clothes. Shary was born from the vision of a 'Limitless Closet' where physical friction is replaced by digital freedom.

The brand identity 'Shary' creates a seamless loop between introspection and expression. I synthesized 'Diary'—a private archive for recording personal style evolution via Digital Twins—with 'Share'—a public stage for social validation. This duality represents the complete cycle of fashion: from internal discovery to external affirmation.
